We all run for different reasons. I run for many. It gives me clarity, helps me to connect to the Universe. It reminds me how powerful life is in the now.
I have been on many journeys in my life and all roads have lead me here. Where is here? It's Now.
So what is NOW? For me, it's many things and one thing, the love of myself. That's where it starts. I guess that was my theme for my run today, Love of myself. It's so simple, yet so hard for people to master. I am on a journey of unconditional love of self. This requires me letting go of fear. Today on my run (it was a great run by the way), I became clear on many things, It was so profound, I realized I needed to write it down so I won't forget.....
The love of oneself brings love to all living thing in the Universe. This I know. This I believe. The love of oneself gives you a different vibration, a different outlook on life. It changes your reality, it diminishes your fear to non existence.
I love to run, I'm not the fastest but that's ok. If I was faster, I would miss all the wonderful things that are out there waiting for me to notice. Today, it was a red bird. I saw one three times. Once in the beginning, another in the middle and the third, as I was finishing up. My signs....
My mind wanders while I run, it answers questions I might have......
I have been frustrated with my daughter. She's very smart, creative and full of life. But lately, she has been content, not pushing herself a little. In her mind, she has all As, so she's done. She is a mirror of who I am, so I had to look at myself. I love my job, I make good money. But for a moment, I caught myself telling myself, this is it. I will never be more than this. I forgot who and what I am....for a second. I am infinite love and possibilities and so is my daughter. When she sees it in me, she will pick up the same vibration. When she sees me pushing myself to my true potential, so will she. I see and understand.
My relationships have been a mirror of who I am. I am love, peace and infinite possibilities, all my relationships will be a mirror of who I AM. Only I can create this.
Love, it's like a spiderweb. Love yourself and watch the love spread out like a web......
